Fridays from 9:15 to 10 AM
This class takes place on friday from 9:15 to 9:45am. Come to feel good and energized in the morning! This Vinyasa class is a Gentle Yoga Flow alternating strength exercices and stretches. We look forward to seeing you!
Vision Board Lunch
