Join me for a gentle prenatal Yoga flow online every Tuesdays at 12pm. Together, we will gently move the articulations, work on our changing balance and body in a slow manner and bring mindfulness to the body and the mind.

We’ll practice gentle seated, standing, and reclined yoga postures, adapting to each person's need. We’ll include breathing exercises and brief guided meditations or visualizations. Class ends with relaxation, lying down or seated if preferred.

Bring your baby along with your stroller, and join us for a gentle exercise session followed by a refreshing walk in the park. We will finish with some calming stretches and a peaceful relaxation to help you feel rejuvenated. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new moms and build your own supportive community circle!
