Want to try Yoga but feel a bit nervous about attending a studio in person? Or perhaps you are searching for a gentle yoga class in the evening? Our sessions will guide you through seated, standing, and reclined poses, thoughtfully adjusted to suit everyone’s individual needs. The class also incorporates calming breathing exercises along with mindfulness practices. Each session concludes with a soothing, relaxing rest period, allowing you to unwind either lying down or seated comfortably.

Let's take some time to reconnect to ourselves and practice a gentle Yoga flow in the peaceful Park, surrounded by beautiful trees and the calming presence of nature. In this engaging class, we will journal, maybe make bubbles, discover more about emotions and executive functions, enhance focus, and enjoy learning a variety of fun and accessible Yoga poses together. Bring your baby along with your stroller, and join us for a gentle, calming exercise session designed for new mothers. We’ll enjoy a refreshing walk together in the park, taking in the natural surroundings. Following the walk, we will stretch and move with mindful exercises and finish with a peaceful relaxation practice to help you feel completely rejuvenated. This is an excellent opportunity not only to enhance your well-being but also to meet new moms and build your own supportive and nurturing community circle!
